Summer BaseballOAK BLUFFS, Mass. — The Martha’s Vineyard Sharks hosted the New England Collegiate Baseball League all-star game for the first time ever on Sunday. Scout turnout was strong, as the NECBL provided a complimentary scout ferry from Cape Cod, where many scouts were already assembled for Saturday’s Cape League all-star game. The Sharks and the NECBL ran a first-class event, and a number of players took advantage of the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of the scouts.
