2023 Fall Report: Washington State

Change has been the one constant in college sports over the last several months. And the Washington State athletic department has felt that swirl as much as anyone. The baseball program also welcomed a new skipper this summer, hiring Nathan Choate right before the implosion of the Pac-12. There is no good timing for the choppy waters of conference realignment, but that was less than ideal. The takeaway here is that any perspective on the Cougars’ baseball program needs to have a long view.
