OMAHA — Richie Martin still hears it from his teammates about his slip around third base against North Carolina in the 2014 Gainesville Regional. Sometimes you have to laugh away the pain.

The No. 2 seed in the 2014 NCAA Tournament, the Gators went 0-2 and were eliminated before their postseason ever really got going.

“There’s nothing you can do in baseball. Just move on,” Martin said.
