Northwoods Notebook: Madison infielders experience all-star summer

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. – Infielders Ryan Sprock and Cal Fisher spent a lot of time playing alongside one another this summer, doing so for the Northwoods League playoff hopeful Madison Mallards in addition to being named to the Great Lakes West Division’s All-Star team. While they’re completely different players with significantly different backgrounds, both share quite a bit in common.
