Boston College Mudd-ies things up in come-from-behind win
At The BallparkWILLIAMSBURG, Va. — Wofford head coach Todd Interdonato stood next to Boston College head coach Mike Gambino watching the Brewster Whitecaps take on the Chatham Anglers in the Cape Cod League over the summer.
Both had their eyes on a diminutive lefty from Holy Cross that was going right after some of the nation’s best hitters and throwing multiple pitches for strikes despite missing almost the entirety of the 2023 season with a hamstring tear. Wofford had already picked up a commitment from Holy Cross catcher Lucas Manning and was hoping to nab a full battery.
