Saturday Pac-12 Dispatches: Oregon State-Stanford to Meet in Championship After Very Different Days
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Pac-12 After Dark is synonymous with the wild, the crazy and the wacky, but no one had seen anything quite like Saturday afternoon into night at Scottsdale Stadium as the inaugural Pac-12 tournament continued its attempts to make a strong Pac-12 After Dark initial impression.
Nearly 14 hours after arriving at the field, Oregon State head coach Mitch Canham stood with the assembled media and searched for words.
He settled on, “That was a new experience.” Later adding, “All in all, a very wild day to say the least.”
