2023 Fall Report: UNC Wilmington

DURHAM, N.C. — Over the last two decades, UNC Wilmington has been the most consistent winner in the league formerly known as the Colonial Athletic Association (now the Coastal Athletic Association), but last year was the first time since 2016 that the Seahawks were able to couple a regular-season CAA title with a trip to regionals.
