Summer Scouting Trail: Northwoods, July 10

We return to the Northwoods again this week for more prospect reports on a loaded LaCrosse club, a power RHP up to 98, as well as several others from around the league.

Tony Bullard, 3B, La Crosse (Arizona, 2021 Eligible)– Standing 6-foot-4, 195 pounds, Bullard has a tall and thin body. As a defender, he is very projectable with loose athletic actions at 3B.
